Through the promotion and performance of the quality management system, internal resources are integrated and the foundation of management is laid in Siward. Measures that are taken for rationalized quality management consist of conducting internal auditing, customer satisfaction survey and flow performance evaluation so that the quality system can be put into practice effectively. In addition, education training is carrying out continuously to instill quality concepts and consciousness to employees so that the operation environment of the company can be improved incessantly, the constitution of management can be reinforced, customers’ requirements can be met and credibility of the corporation will be established.
